The journey of the self toward the heart and soul is about nothing other than coming home to yourself. It’s about remembering once again that you are love and always have been. It’s about embodying your kind, loving gentleness and feeling, experiencing, and living it.
You were never anything else; the stories you heard were stories of the ego, and they existed alongside the presence of your lovely soul. Meanwhile, many have come to believe the stories of the ego and have, as a result, drifted far away from themselves. From the home that connects to the loving source of all that is. Once you have returned to your own source, you will find, in the alignment of the light you carry within you -the love you carry within you- a resurrection. A kind of rebirth in which the soul, as it were, emerges as your home of being. A house of light that shines like a lighthouse everywhere and anywhere, illuminating not only itself but also others.
The all-encompassing idea that we must live love with another person is an outdated notion, that we must feel love from another to be whole. Our soul’s mission is to return home, to the home of the higher self, where light has always shone abundantly and love has overflowed. You simply couldn’t make the connection because you were far removed from yourself and didn’t believe in your own existence and story, but rather in that of the ego or of another.
You have everything you need within yourself. You don’t need anything else -no addition or complementary part- to be whole. You are already whole. From the very beginning. Many have lost their way, and in the chaos of existence, the only thing that matters is that you begin to feel. Feel who you are, what you’ve come here to bring with your beautiful, unique light. That you not only embody your own light and connect with it, but also allow yourself to be guided this source of all that is. Your soul’s home. Everything you need is, in fact, contained within the core of your being. You already have everything. You just need to remember it, feel it, and amplify the light that dwells within you. The faith that connects you to it is the value you place on yourself. In the story of your loving, gentle source of light, you don’t need to prove yourself to anyone else. You simply need to believe that you are already complete, whole, and connected. With yourself. How beautiful is that?!
